北京有色冶金设计研究总院经国家建委、冶金卩批准,自去年11月1日开始实行了企业化试点。一年来的实践说明,设计院企业化的方向是正确的,效果是显著的,对调动广大职工的积极性,改善经营管理,保证完成各项设计、科研任务,起重要的推动作用。一年来通过抓实行设计取费的经济合同制,计算产值的经济核算制和按劳分配的奖励制,初步实现了设计院的企业化。
Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute approved by the State Construction Commission, Metallurgical Jie Jie, since November 1 last year, the implementation of the pilot enterprise. The practice of the past year shows that the direction of the Institute for Enterpriseization is correct and the effect is significant. It plays an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the general staff and workers, improving management and ensuring completion of various design and scientific research tasks. In the past year, the industrialization of the Institute of Design was initially realized by focusing on the implementation of the economic contract system for design fee collection, the economic accounting system for calculating output value, and the incentive system for distribution according to work.
