目的:观察延胡索总生物碱对异丙肾上腺素(Isoprenaline,Iso)诱导急性心肌缺血大鼠心功能下降的影响。方法:本实验室自己提取延胡索总生物碱,并给予大鼠2次/日灌胃,然后腹腔注射Iso致心肌缺血,第4天经左侧颈动脉插入心导管,记录给药及造模前后左心室内压变化曲线并进行数据分析。结果:观察心功能曲线表明,延胡索总生物碱高剂量组(2.0mg/kg)、总生物碱中剂量组(1.0mg/kg)具有缓解Iso导致的大鼠心功能下降的趋势,统计数据表明两组的LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:延胡索总生物碱高剂量、中剂量具有缓解Iso所致心肌缺血大鼠心功能下降的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of total alkaloids from Corydalis yanussa on the decline of cardiac function in rats with acute myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline (Iso). METHODS: The total alkaloids of Corydalis yanhusuo were extracted by our laboratory and given intragastrically twice a day for intragastric administration of Iso. Myocardial ischemia was induced by intraperitoneal injection of Iso. On the fourth day, a cardiac catheter was inserted through the left carotid artery to record administration and modeling Before and after left ventricular pressure curve and data analysis. Results: The observation of cardiac function curve showed that the total alkaloid of Corydalis acutifolium (2.0mg / kg) and the total alkaloid (1.0mg / kg) had the tendency to relieve the decline of cardiac function induced by Iso, and the statistical data showed The LVSP, LVEDP, + dp / dtmax and -dp / dtmax in the two groups were significantly different from those in the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high and middle doses of total alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuoe can relieve the decline of cardiac function in rats with Iso-induced myocardial ischemia.
