我们党支部有下岗党员40人。以前,不少下岗党员不愿参加党的组织活动,经常出现不来不请假,来了也早退,或是本人不来,请人签到的事情。这些下岗党员认为:“人都下岗了,参加党的活动就别太较真儿了,只要交党费就行了。”根据这种情况,党支部经过家访和座谈,跟下岗党员讲明:下岗确实是人生道路上的一道坎儿,再就业服务中心会尽力帮助他们实现再就业。但下岗党员是有组
Our Party branch has 40 laid-off members. In the past, many laid-off Party members were reluctant to participate in the party’s organizational activities. They frequently appeared not to come without leave, and they also came back early, or they did not come and asked people to sign in.
