对红苕的安全贮藏问题,各地均有极其丰富的经验。现将我区农民的贮藏技术简单介绍如下: 1.控制温湿度:刚收获的红苕,由于水分含量多,生理活动仍很旺盛,放出的水汽、二氧化碳和热量较多,加上当时的气温也较高,故入窖初期(15—30天内)窖内温湿度增加,这种高温高湿的条件,可促使伤口愈合,一般应保持在13—18℃的温度和80—85%的湿度。如温度过高,也会造成烂窖。
