一年一度的秋季粮食征收和统购统销工作即将开始了。今年,我省的粮食征收和统购统销工作将是十分艰巨的;这不仅因为要在短时间内把征、购、销要同时做好,还由于我们在粮食工作中仍存在着若干缺点,有些地区供应工作还未完全走上轨道,某些群众对粮食统购政策还未完全了解。这就给今年的粮食统购统销工作增加了一定的困难。同时,还应该指出的是因为今年我国部分地区遭受了严重的水灾,国家在这些受灾地区的粮食收入将要减少,支出却要增加。我省虽然也有部分地区遭受了灾害,但总的来说,还是丰收了,总产量可超过去年;因此,我们必须尽最大努力,保证按时完成国家分配给我们的粮食征收和统购任务,并尽可能多收购一些粮食,以支持解放台湾、支持国家建设和灾区人民。
The annual autumn grain collection and marketing plan is about to begin. This year, our province’s grain collection and marketing will be very arduous. This is not only because it is necessary to make the acquisition, purchase and sale well at the same time, but also because of some shortcomings in our food work. Some Regional supply work has not yet fully taken on track, and some people do not yet fully understand the policy on the purchase of grain. This will add some difficulties to the overall state procurement and marketing of grain this year. At the same time, it should also be pointed out that because of the severe floods that hit some parts of our country this year, the state will reduce its grain income and expenditures in these affected areas. Although the province has suffered some disasters in some areas, it still has a good harvest on the whole. The total output can exceed that of last year; therefore, we must make every effort to ensure that the tasks of food collection and monopoly allotted to us by the state are completed on time and done May purchase more grain to support the liberation of Taiwan and support the nation-building and the people in the disaster areas.
