一、前言铂电阻具有测温范围宽,稳定性好的优点,在计量测试和自动控制中应用十分广泛。但铂电阻是一种非线性测温元件,当精度要求高或宽范围测温时,就必须解决线性化问题。本文介绍一种铂电阻温度—电压变换器并提出一种变换曲线的线性化方法,同时给出补偿因子 K_2的选择方法及补偿后残留误差的计算公式,最后,通过实例说明电路元件的选取方法。
First, the foreword Platinum resistance has the advantages of wide temperature range, good stability, and is widely used in metrology test and automatic control. However, platinum resistance is a non-linear temperature measuring element, when the accuracy of high or wide temperature range, we must solve the linearization problem. In this paper, a platinum resistance temperature-voltage converter is introduced and a linearization method of the transformation curve is proposed. At the same time, the selection method of compensation factor K_2 and the calculation formula of the residual error after compensation are given. Finally, the selection method of circuit components .
