商务部政府信息依申请公开管理办法(试行)第一条为保障公民、法人和其他组织依法获取商务部的政府信息,根据《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》,特制定本办法。第二条除商务部主动公开的政府信息外,公民、法人或者其他组织可以根据自身生产、生活、科研等特殊需要,依法向商务部申请获取相关政府信息。
Article 1 To ensure that citizens, legal persons and other organizations obtain the government information of the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with the law, the Measures are formulated in accordance with the “Regulations Governing Government Information of the People’s Republic of China” in accordance with the Public Management Measures of MOFCOM Government Information (Trial Implementation). Article 2 Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply to the Ministry of Commerce for obtaining relevant government information according to the special needs of their own production, living and scientific research, in addition to the government information voluntarily disclosed by the Ministry of Commerce.
