目的探讨胆囊收缩素(CCK)对胆管癌细胞生长的影响。方法应用细胞培养技术及3~H-胸腺嘧啶脱氧核昔(3~H-TdR)掺入法,研究CCK及其A受体拮抗剂L-364,718 (L13)、B受体拮抗剂L-365,260(L60)对培养的人胆管癌细胞QBC939(QB)、OCUCh-LM1 (OC)、HuCC-T1(Hu)、OZ生长的影响:结果 CCK通过其A和B受体显著的促进了QB和OC的生长,而对 Hu和()Z的生长无明显影响。结论CCK可促进胆管癌细胞的生长,胆管癌细胞可能无自分泌和旁分泌CCK的机制。
Objective To investigate the effect of cholecystokinin (CCK) on the growth of cholangiocarcinoma cells. Methods CCK and its A receptor antagonists L-364, 718 (L13) and B receptor antagonist L-365,260 were studied by cell culture technique and 3H-thymidine incorporation (3H-TdR). Effects of (L60) on Growth of Human Cholangiocarcinoma Cells QBC939 (QB), OCUCh-LM1 (OC), HuCC-T1 (Hu), OZ: Results CCK Significantly Promotes QB and OC through its A and B Receptors The growth did not have a significant effect on the growth of Hu and ()Z. Conclusions CCK can promote the growth of cholangiocarcinoma cells. Bile duct cancer cells may not have the mechanism of autocrine and paracrine CCK.
