在高炉喷煤率逐步增加至超过焦比的过程中,必然伴随着鼓风富氧率较大幅度的上升。此时炼铁需氧量将大于炼钢而成为联合企业中第一用氧大户,氧气在生铁成本中的份额已不容忽视。为此,提出了炼铁行业与空分行业合作,开发采用中压空气分离循环流程生产纯度为90%~95%氧的炼铁专用制氧机,以达到向高炉提供廉价氧气的目标。图3表4参6。
