建筑行业轧制预应力钢筋用的压痕轧辊(图1),工作表面处于高应力、高挤压和强力磨损状况,要求辊面硬度高、耐磨,并有一定强度和韧性。原设计采用W18Cr4 V高速钢锻坯,经过成型铣削加工、热处理而成。加工费用高,合金成本贵,生产周期长,满足不了需要。现改用硅溶胶精铸型壳,离心浇注双层金属,直接铸造成形,节省大量机械加工,成本低,生产周期短,经过半年多时间的试验研究,已取得一定成果,辊面铸态硬度已达HRC58~62,光洁度5,精度满足使用要求。
