本文报导用气相色谱法测定水中苯酚、邻甲酚、间甲酚、对甲酚、2.4-二甲酚、2.5-二甲酚和3.5-二甲酚。采用的分析条件是:2m×3mm内径的不锈钢柱,12%阿皮松L,0.5%聚乙二醇20M和1%抗坏血酸涂于70-80目的酸洗、硅烷化铬姆沙伯载体上,氮气作为载气,流速55ml/min,氢火焰离子化检测器,柱温137℃,进样量0.2μl.此法简单、快速、准确、重复性好.
This paper reports the determination of phenol, o-cresol, m-cresol, p-cresol, 2.4-xylenol, 2.5-xylenol and 3.5-xylenol in water by gas chromatography. The analytical conditions used were: a stainless steel column with a 2 m x 3 mm inner diameter, 12% apixin L, 0.5% polyethylene glycol 20M and 1% ascorbic acid were applied to a pickled, silanized sisal carrier 70-80 mesh, Nitrogen as a carrier gas, flow rate 55ml / min, hydrogen flame ionization detector, column temperature 137 ℃, injection volume 0.2μl. This method is simple, fast, accurate and repeatable.
