本工艺是研究在 H_2SO_4介质中用全萃法萃取锗和镓,萃取剂为 P204,协萃剂是 YW100,反萃剂分别为氨水和 H_2SO_4,原料液为株洲冶炼厂萃铜余液,其锗、镓含量为:Ge0.095~0.12g/L、Ga0.13~0.16g/L。锗和镓的日处理量分别为2.9和2.54m~3,锗连续运转60天,镓连续运转30天,锗和镓的平均萃取率分别为97.5和95%,反萃率分别为56和~100%,为试生产提供了可靠的依据。
