I. Introduction According to the characteristics of China’s energy structure, the domestic blast furnace commonly used pulverized coal injection technology. At present, the key point for further development of this technology is to increase the utilization rate of pulverized coal injection while increasing the amount of coal injected. One of the main reasons that the blast furnace coal injection is limited is that the quality of the slag and charge will be worsened when the unvented coal reaches a certain amount, resulting in the improper blast furnace condition and the coal replacement ratio dropping.
