一、前言自1978年以来,攀钢先后在D60钢坯、氧气瓶钢坯和重轨断面中心的附近,发现有肉眼可见的大型非金属氧化物夹杂(简称之为大型夹杂,以下同)。这些夹杂的存在,严重地影响着钢材的质量,是导致超声波探伤不合格的主要原因。大型夹杂主要分布在钢锭底部。经检验系Al_2O_3和含有Ca、Mn、V、Mg、Si氧化物的复相夹杂。曾以氧气瓶钢中的大型夹杂物为典型对象,研究了钢中大型夹杂物的来源及其去除途径。根据攀钢的生产设备及工艺流程,拟定

Introduction Since 1978, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group has found large visible non-metallic oxide inclusions (referred to as large inclusions, the same below) in the vicinity of D60 billets, oxygen cylinder billet and heavy rail section center.
