传统的学校教育便是教育学生德智体美劳全面发展,但求学生的共性、统一性,却忽略了个体学生的个性和独特性。随着社会的发展,学生的个性发展也越来越受到重视。教育改革的思想宗旨也在渐渐发生变化,弘扬学生的个性、挖掘人的潜力逐渐成为学校教育改革的战略方向之一。本文简单分析了学校德育教育与学生个性发展的可能性,并结合现状提出了相应的看法。
Traditional school education is to educate students to develop in an all-round way. However, seeking commonality and unity of students neglects the individuality and uniqueness of individual students. With the development of society, the development of students’ personality is getting more and more attention. The ideological tenet of educational reform is also gradually changing. Carrying forward the personality of students and digging people’s potential has gradually become one of the strategic directions of school education reform. This article simply analyzes the possibility of moral education and personality development in school and puts forward corresponding views according to the status quo.
