目的研究保定市区新鲜银杏叶中氰化物含量的变化趋势,指导居民科学使用。方法采用巴比妥酸—异烟酸比色法测定生成的总氢氰酸,用来代表银杏叶中氰甙含量。结果保定市区银杏叶中氰化物含量为93.2~106.6mg/kg之间。5月份含量最低,以后逐月增高,9-11月份达到最高;古树和幼年小树叶中氰化物含量差别不大。结论新鲜银杏叶不可直接食用,以免发生中毒。
Objective To study the trend of cyanide content in fresh Ginkgo biloba leaves in Baoding city and guide residents to use them scientifically. Methods The total hydrocyanic acid was determined by barbituric acid - isonicotinic acid colorimetry to represent the content of cyanidin in Ginkgo biloba leaves. Results The content of cyanide in Ginkgo biloba of Baoding was 93.2 ~ 106.6mg / kg. The content was the lowest in May and then increased month by month, reaching the highest in September-November. There was little difference between the contents of cyanide in old trees and young leaves. Conclusion Fresh Ginkgo biloba can not be consumed directly to avoid poisoning.
