一年之计在于春,春天是播种希望的季节,也是安排部署工作的重要时机。此时,各地开会发文件在所难免,这就涉及到一个文风问题。文风问题是作风建设的一个重要方面,它是作者(包括单位和个人)立场、观点、思想方法和思想作风等多种因素的综合表现。文风也是党风政风的体现,反过来讲,文风也影响着党风政风。党风政风倘若求真务实,也一定会反映在文风上。无可讳言,当前,在有些地方,文风方面确实存在着一些不容忽视的问题,如文件和会议过多过滥、领导讲话过多过长且言而无物等,都在一些地方不同程度地存在。
