四川省人民政府令第284号《四川省国家档案馆管理办法》已经2014年10月27日省政府第64次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2014年12月1日起施行。省长魏宏2014年11月17日第一章总则第一条为加强国家档案馆建设和管理,有效保护和利用档案,为经济建设和社会发展服务,根据《中华人民共和国档案法》、《四川省〈中华人民共和国档案法〉实施办法》等法律法规,结合四川省实际,制定本办法。第二条本省行政区域内的国家档案馆适用本办法。
Sichuan Provincial People’s Government Order No. 284 “Sichuan Provincial Archives Management Measures” has been examined and adopted by the 64th executive meeting of the provincial government on October 27, 2014 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on December 1, 2014. Article 2 The State Archives in the administrative areas of this province shall apply these Measures.
