16V240ZJB型柴油机作为东风_4B型机车动力被广泛应用,但目前该型机车在高原地区的运行热负荷与经济性有明显恶化。本文介绍了在我段平均海拔1800m,采用高效率的ZN310-LSE型增压器的试验结果。试验结果证明,高原地区配装ZN310-LSE型增压器能够改善16V2402JB型柴油机的热力状态,提高装车运用功率。
The 16V240ZJB diesel engine is widely used as the driving force of DF4B locomotive. At present, however, the operation heat load and economy of this locomotive have obviously deteriorated. This article describes the test results of a ZN310-LSE supercharger with high efficiency at an average elevation of 1800m in our section. The test results show that the ZN310-LSE turbocharger can improve the thermal state of 16V2402JB diesel engine and improve the loading power.
