甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)引起严重低钾(血钾<2毫当量/升)性周期麻痹(下称甲亢周麻)需迅速足量补钾,否则易致严重心律失常或呼吸麻痹死亡。我院遇见1例,有严重低钾、四肢麻痹、呼吸困难及高度房室传导阻滞,经快速大量钾盐静滴获救。患者男,34岁,因发作性下肢麻痹伴胸闷、心悸15小时于1981年4月24日急诊入院(住院号057765)。患者自1973年起即有多次发作性下肢麻痹,补钾后即缓解,曾拟诊“周期性麻痹”。1979年出现甲状腺
