刚刚过去的2004年,被喻为中国广告年,“世界广告大会”第一次在中国召开;中国广告市场的营业总额将首次突破1000亿元的大关;根据WTO协议,2004年开始,合资广告企业将可以由外资控股,2006年开始外商可建立独资广告公司;2004年,中国网民将突破亿人大关。对中国网络广告来说,“上亿网民”将是一个里程碑;中国的本土广告公司和本土广告人也日趋成熟,逐渐拉近了和世界先进水平的距离,并且开始拓展适合自身发展的民族道路……中国广告人二十几年的努力终结下了累累硕果,在这些可喜的进步后面,广告培训所起到的作用功不可没。
