本文报道气管、支气管内原发性良、恶性肿瘤30例，男17例，女13例，年龄10～74岁，平均39．2岁，恶性肿瘤19例占63．3％，良性11例，占36．7％，讨论气管、支气管内肿瘤病理类型特点，生物学行为及预后，并简要探讨了气管、支气管内肿瘤的手术及激光疗法。
This article reported 30 cases of primary benign and malignant tumors in the trachea and bronchus. There were 17 males and 13 females, aged 10 to 74 years with an average of 39.2 years. 19 cases of malignant tumors accounted for 63.3%, and 11 cases were benign. It accounted for 36.7%. It discussed the characteristics of pathological types of tracheal and endobronchial tumors, biological behaviors and prognosis, and briefly discussed the tracheobronchial tumor surgery and laser therapy.
