赵俊，男，1983年9月30日出生。目前就职于江苏省高级人民法院，任助理审判员。业余爱好写作，笔名桂公梓，2011年出版反映法官生存状况的长篇小说《决不妥协》，另著有科幻短篇小说《绝密：金陵12区》，并凭借该小说获得银河奖和全球华语科幻星云奖（正式的获奖篇名为《金陵十二区》）。
