同志们:经自治区人民政府批准召开的这次全疆水利水电工作会议,主要是深入贯彻党的十四届三中全会和区党委四届六次全委(扩大)会议以及中央、自治区农村工作会议精神,进一步传达贯彻落实全国水利工作会议精神,总结1993年全疆水利水电工作,安排1994年全疆水利水电工作任务.研究制定《九十年代新疆水利水电改革与发展纲要》,深化改革,大力发展水利水电基础产业.促进自治区国民经济持续、快速、健康发展。现在,我代表水利厅做工作报告,供大家讨论。
Comrades: The conference on water conservancy and hydroelectricity in Xinjiang, approved by the People’s Government of the autonomous region, mainly focuses on the thorough implementation of the sixth plenary session of the Third Plenary Session of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the fourth plenary session of the party committee and the rural work in the central and autonomous regions Meeting spirit, to further convey and implement the spirit of the National Water Conservancy Conference, summed up the work of Xinjiang in 1993, water conservancy and hydropower, arrangements for Xinjiang’s hydroelectric power task in 1994. Study and formulate “1990’s Xinjiang Water Resources and Hydropower Reform and Development Program,” deepen the reform, We will vigorously develop the basic industries of water conservancy and hydropower, and promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy in the autonomous region. Now I will give a working report on behalf of the Department of Water Resources for discussion.
