20 0 0年中共中央国务院作出关于加强人口与计划生育工作稳定低生育水平的决定 ,我国计划生育工作者大力推进以技术服务为重点的优质服务 ,着重做了两个方面的工作 :一是完善相关法律法规体系 ,加强技术服务能力建设 ;二是健全科学研究体系 ,完善科研布局 ,通过适当的科研项目引进新的理念和科学研究方法 ,借以加强基层技术服务能力 ,改进服务方法 ,提高服务质量。在国家人口计生委科技司的大力支持下 ,经世界卫生组织生殖健康与研究部批准 ,上海市计划生育科研所承担了“中国常用口服避孕药和宫内节育器系统评估项目”。该项目组根据循证医学的原则 ,在我国计划生育领域首次采用国际公认的“系统评估”(systematicreview)方法 ,依据可以搜集到的文献 ,对我国常用口服避孕药和宫内节育器的安全性、有效性、副反应、可接受性等进行了评估。现将该项目组的 10篇研究成果分期发表于本刊 ,供相关领域的科研工作者和技术人员学习、研究、参考。读者在阅读、研究这一组文章时 ,请首先注意虚心学习体会该项目研究所遵循的循证医学原则和采用的系统评估方法 ;其次要注意作者收集到的原始文献的数量、质量、立论、数据以及作者对文献的取舍 ;三要结合自己的专业知识、临床经验和国际相关文献报道 ,对可能的疑点进
The CPC Central Committee and State Council made a decision on strengthening the work of population and family planning to stabilize the low birth rate in 2020. The family planning workers in our country vigorously promote the high-quality services focusing on technical services. The work focuses on two aspects: First, perfect Related laws and regulations and strengthening the capacity building of technical services; secondly, improve the scientific research system, improve the scientific research layout, introduce new ideas and scientific research methods through appropriate scientific research projects so as to strengthen grassroots technical service capabilities, improve service methods and improve service quality . With the strong support from the Science and Technology Department of the National Population and Family Planning Commission and the approval of the World Health Organization’s Department of Reproductive Health and Research, Shanghai Family Planning Research Institute has undertaken the “China’s commonly used oral contraceptives and intrauterine device evaluation system.” Based on the principles of evidence-based medicine, this project team first adopted the internationally recognized systematic review method in the field of family planning. Based on the available literature, the project team analyzed the safety of commonly used oral contraceptives and IUDs in China , Effectiveness, side effects, acceptability and so on. Now the project team of 10 research results published in this publication for scientific research in related fields and technical staff to learn, research, reference.
