本院自87年12月开始收治头颈部肿瘤。采用UICC的TNM分期法,除手术外,对Ⅰ—Ⅲ期患者尽量运用放、化疗结合的综合治疗手段进行治疗,对Ⅳ期患者则单用全身静脉化疗。基本方案为COEP方案(即环磷酰胺、长春新硷、表阿霉素、顺铂)。现将有完整资料的17例Ⅳ期病例的治疗结果总结如下: 临床资料全组17例,其中男性13名、女性4名。年龄24—75岁,中位平龄50岁。计鼻咽癌12例、原发灶未定2例,鼻、腭、齿龈癌各一
This hospital has been treating head and neck tumors since December of 87. Using UICC’s TNM staging method, in addition to surgery, patients with stage I-III were treated with a combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy as a comprehensive treatment. For patients with stage IV, systemic intravenous chemotherapy was used alone. The basic protocol is the COEP protocol (ie, cyclophosphamide, vinorelbine, epirubicin, cisplatin). The treatment results of 17 cases of stage IV cases with complete data are summarized as follows: The clinical data of the entire group consist of 17 cases, including 13 males and 4 females. Age 24-75 years, median age 50 years old. 12 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 2 cases of primary tumor, 2 cases of nasal, orbital and gingival cancer
