2011年7月26日,中科院力学研究所与烟台龙源电力技术股份有限公司在北京签署战略合作框架协议,双方在会上同时签定了“大功率等离子体炬的研制”等两个科技合作项目。中科院沈阳分院院长包信和院士、国电科环集团党组书记兼烟台龙源电力公司董事长关晓春、国电科环集团总工程师杨东参加签约仪式。力学所党委书记乔均录、烟台龙源公司总经理唐宏、党委书记沈爱国、副总经理郝欣冬出席签字仪式。乔均录和唐宏分别代表双方在战略框架协议上签字。
July 26, 2011, Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Yantai Longyuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing, both parties at the same time signed a “high-power plasma torch research” and so on two Scientific and technological cooperation projects. Academician Baoshen He, Dean of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenyang Branch, Guodian Chun, Secretary of Party Committee of State Power Branch Central Group and Chairman of Yantai Longyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd., and Yang Dong, Chief Engineer of State Power Branch Central Group attended the signing ceremony. Qiaojun Lu, Secretary of Party Committee of Mechanics, Tang Hong, General Manager of Longyuan Company of Yantai, Shen Aiguo, Secretary of Party Committee, Hao Xindong, Deputy General Manager attended the signing ceremony. Joe Jun recorded and Tang Hong, on behalf of both parties, signed the strategic framework agreement.
