点支式幕墙的检测方法的缺乏使得点支式幕墙的安全性鉴定工作成为一个难题。预应力索桁架体系是点支式玻璃幕墙支承结构的典型形式。对玻璃幕墙各种损伤因素进行了总结,包括连接件失效、联系杆损坏、拉索预应力损失、节点坐标偏差和锚固端损伤,并在此基础上提出一种对幕墙索桁架支承体系安全性进行检测的方法。以某幕墙工程为例,从各种损伤因素的角度对幕墙工程的现状进行了检测,建立有限元计算模型进行承载能力分析并对幕墙安全性做出评估,验证了该方法的可行性。
