我国目前的宪法解释体制存在一定缺陷,不能为宪法的适用提供有力的支持。最关键的是对宪法解释权的性质的模糊,为了推进宪法的司法化,真正体现宪法的法的属性,就要明确宪法解释权的性质。
The current constitutional interpretation system in our country has some defects and can not provide strong support for the application of the constitution. The crux of the matter is the vagueness of the nature of the constitutional interpretation power. In order to promote the judicialization of the constitution and truly reflect the constitutional property of the law, it is necessary to clarify the nature of the constitutional interpretation power.
