中央综合治理委员会办公室副主任、公安部刑侦局局长卓枫,应邀出席徐州市局召开的刑侦运行机制改革研讨会。会后,卓枫局长听取了徐州市局领导对刑侦工作及刑事犯罪活动情况的汇报,实地考察了徐州泉山分局及云龙分局青年路派出所打击犯罪及破案运行机制改革等方面的工作。调查期间,卓局长就当前动态环境下如何改革和加强刑侦工作作了重要指示。一、高度评价徐州市局刑侦运行机制改革的经验和做法。卓局长说,徐州市公安局在刑侦运行机制方面先走了一步,从不同角度、各个侧面来发动大家、发动侦察员、发动领导亲自动手研究,探讨这方面的问题,带了一个好头,取得一些经验,这与公安部“九五”刑侦工作规划提出的指导思想是吻合的,对我们全国刑侦机制的改革必将起到很大的推动作用。
