中职院校技能大师工作室建设项目,是高技能人才技能传承、经验交流、技术创新、技术转化的平台,也是“批量”培养能工巧匠的“摇篮”。抓住发展机遇,鼓励中职院校以共建技能大师工作室等形式与企业合作培养培训高技能人才,联合开展科技攻关和技术革新项目,是培育现代职业教育理念一条行之有效的路子。
The technical masters studio construction project of vocational colleges is a platform for the inheritance, exchange of experience, technological innovation and technology transformation of high-skilled personnel, and also the cradle for cultivating skilled craftsmen. To seize the opportunity of development and encourage secondary vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprises in the form of master studios to jointly train high-skilled personnel for training and joint scientific and technological research and technological innovation projects is an effective way to foster the concept of modern vocational education.
