领导风格存在性别差异一直是领导领域中最为激烈的话题。本研究将探讨和比较两种不同的领导行为,一个是曾担任过某金融公司的领导岗位,另一个是在澳大利亚证券交易所首席执行官。在这篇文章中,首先,这两位领导人的各种意见将表达出他们的领导风格和挑战。此外,两个领导者之间的采访的相似性和差异的基础上进行讨论。此外,根据文献回顾,本文会对这些领导者之间的相似性和差异做进一步解释。
Gender differences in leadership styles have always been the most intense topic in leadership. This study explores and compares two different leadership behaviors: one who has held the leadership position of a financial company and the other, the chief executive of the Australian stock exchange. In this article, first of all, the various opinions of the two leaders will convey their leadership style and challenges. In addition, the similarities and differences between the two leaders were discussed based on the differences. In addition, based on the literature review, this article further explains the similarities and differences between these leaders.
