目前全省青壮年文盲已基本上全部入学,学习情绪非常高涨。我们现在的首要任务,就是要把全省所有识字的人都动员和组织起来,苦战一年,帮助他们摘掉文盲帽子。因此,全省中、小学教师除了自已积极参加识字教学和发动自己的学生积极参加识字教学外,必须在当地党委和行政领导下,积极发动所有社会知识力量尽快投入
At present, illiteracy among young and middle-aged people in the province has basically been fully enrolled, and learning mood is very high. Our primary task now is to mobilize and organize all the literate people in the province and fight hard for a year to help them remove illiteracy hats.
