基于2004-2013年全国31个省份森林公园经营状况面板数据,利用DEA-Malmquist指数法对森林公园全要素生产率(TFP)的年度间及地域间变化进行分析,研究发现:森林公园的TFP整体保持上升势头,技术进步对TFP的拉动作用较为明显;地区间TFP增长速度存在差异。构建固定效应模型,利用绝对β收敛和条件β收敛方法对森林公园地区间全要素生产率的收敛性进行检验,结果表明:中部地区与西部地区通过绝对β收敛检验,西部地区的收敛速度较快,呈现明显的“俱乐部收敛”现象,东部地区与东北地区的绝对β收敛检验不显著;四个地区均通过条件β收敛检验,中西部地区的收敛速度较快,东部地区的收敛速度较慢。
Based on the panel data of the forest parks in 31 provinces in China from 2004 to 2013, the annual and inter-regional changes of total factor productivity (TFP) in Forest Park were analyzed by DEA-Malmquist index. The results showed that the overall TFP of Forest Park was kept Upward momentum, technological progress on the role of TFP more obvious; inter-regional TFP growth rate differences. The fixed effect model was constructed, and the convergence of total factor productivity among forest parks was tested by the method of absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence. The results show that the convergence rate of western region is faster with the absolute β convergence test in the central region and the western region, The “convergence of clubs” phenomenon is obvious. The absolute β convergence test is not significant in the eastern and northeastern regions. The conditional β convergence test is used in all four regions. The convergence rate in the central and western regions is faster and the convergence rate in the eastern regions is slower .
