目的 探讨CT导向下脑内血肿的抽吸治疗。方法 回顾分析 5 0例脑内血肿在CT导向下穿刺抽吸的疗效。结果 5 0例脑内血肿在CT导向下抽吸后 ,基本痊愈 3 9例 ,显著进步 11例 ,血肿平均吸收速度为 4 8ml/d。结论 在CT导向下对脑内血肿的抽吸 ,定位定向准确 ,操作过程简单、迅速、疗效好 ,及时降低颅高压 ,且创伤小 ,并发症少 ,并可随时观察血肿情况。
Objective To investigate CT-guided intracerebral hematoma aspiration therapy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 50 cases of intracerebral hematoma in CT-guided percutaneous aspiration. Results Fifty cases of intracerebral hematoma were aspirated under the CT guidance, 39 cases were basically cured, 11 cases were significantly improved, and the average rate of hematoma absorption was 48ml / d. CONCLUSIONS: The aspiration of intracerebral hematoma under CT guidance is accurate, the operation process is simple and rapid, the curative effect is good, and the intracranial hypertension is reduced in time with less trauma and less complications. The hematoma situation can be observed at any time.
