建立二阶导数法测定吴茱萸固体分散体中吴茱萸碱含量的方法。采用固体-沉淀法制备吴茱萸碱固体分散体,用二阶导数光谱法,测定吴茱萸碱固体分散体中吴茱萸碱的含量。结果表明,吴茱萸碱在3.06—18.36μg/mL质量浓度范围内与二阶导数峰谷差值呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为:y=0.0615x+0.0549(r=0.9992);平均回收率为99.36%,RSD为0.49%(n=9)。本法准确度高、精密度好、操作简单,可用于吴茱萸碱固体分散体中吴茱萸碱的测定。
A Second Derivative Method for the Determination of Evodiamine in Fructus Evodia Solid Dispersion. The evodiamine solid dispersion was prepared by solid-precipitation method. The evodiamine content of evodiamine solid dispersion was determined by second-order derivative spectroscopy. The results showed that evodiamine showed a good linear relationship with the second derivative peak-valley difference in the range of 3.06-18.36μg / mL, the regression equation was: y = 0.0615x + 0.0549 (r = 0.9992); the average recovery was 99.36%, RSD 0.49% (n = 9). This method has the advantages of high accuracy, good precision and simple operation. It can be used for the determination of evodiamine in evodiamine solid dispersion.
