目的:了解中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2006～2008年某医院呈报的224例中药注射剂ADR报告的相关项目进行统计、归纳、分析。结果:224例ADR涉及20个中药注射剂品种,以心脑血管类药物为主。不良反应主要表现为全身性损害,皮肤及其附件损害和呼吸系统损害,中老年人的构成比高。无严重致死致残ADR发生。结论:应重视中药注射剂的ADR,在临床使用时要严密监测,提高合理用药水平。
Objective: To understand the incidence of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection (ADR) and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: A retrospective analysis method was used to count, summarize and analyze the related items of 224 ADR reports reported by a hospital in 2006 ~ 2008. Results: 224 cases of ADR involving 20 Chinese medicine injection varieties, mainly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs. Adverse reactions mainly manifested as generalized damage, damage to the skin and its accessories and respiratory system damage, the composition ratio of the elderly is high. No severe lethal or disabling ADR occurs. Conclusion: We should pay attention to the ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection, and should be closely monitored during clinical use to improve the reasonable medication level.
