目的建立雷公藤的高效液相指纹图谱,考察雷公藤药材及商品饮片的质量。方法高效液相色谱条件:色谱柱:Symmetry C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;柱温:20℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;波长:210 nm。对雷公藤种植药材、商品饮片的图谱与HPLC指纹图谱共有模式比较,并进行相似度计算和主成分分析。结果种植药材的成分分布较为稳定,福建GAP基地药材质量相似度高,商品饮片所含成分与共有模式相比有较大差异,且不同来源饮片之间相互差别明显。结论根据雷公藤的HPLC指纹图谱可有效地分析和评估药材之间的质量情况,商品饮片质量亟待提高。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Tripterygium wilfordii and investigate the quality of Tripterygium wilfordii medicinal herbs and commercial products. Methods HPLC conditions were as follows: column: Symmetry C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution; column temperature: 20 ℃; Wavelength: 210 nm. The comparison of the common patterns between HPLC and HPLC fingerprints of Medicago sativa cultivated herbs and commercial slices and the similarity calculation and principal component analysis were carried out. Results The components of medicinal plants were stable. The quality of medicinal materials in Fujian GAP base was similar. The content of the medicinal pieces in the samples was significantly different from that of the common pattern, and the difference was significant between the different sources. Conclusion According to the HPLC fingerprints of Tripterygium wilfordii, the quality of the medicinal materials can be analyzed and evaluated effectively. The quality of the products should be improved urgently.
