目的利用蛋白芯片技术对鼠疫血清进行检测,分析其血清抗体谱。方法用制备好的蛋白芯片和未知的血清进行杂交后荧光检测并数据分析。结果发现具有抗原性,免疫原性的相关蛋白。结论通过分析血清抗体谱而得到新的具有免疫原性的蛋白作为潜在的候选疫苗组;得到新的可以用于鼠疫菌诊断的抗原,作为目前血清学检测的辅助诊断抗原;通过对系列血清抗体变化趋势以及不同种属间抗体谱的区别的分析,加深对鼠疫菌致病机制的认识。
Objective To detect the serum of plague by protein chip technology and analyze its serum antibody spectrum. Methods After hybridization, the prepared protein chip and unknown serum were detected by fluorescence and analyzed with data. As a result, it has been found that there are antigenic and immunogenic related proteins. Conclusion The new immunogenic protein was obtained as a potential candidate vaccine by analyzing the serum antibody spectrum. A new antigen that could be used for the diagnosis of Yersinia pestis was obtained as a diagnostic diagnostic antigen for serodiagnosis. The trend of variation and the difference of antibody spectrum between different species to deepen the understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of Y. pestis.
