经过多年的探索,我们发现在开展初中数学研讨活动时,从学生的角度出发分析学生学情、提出教学建议、介绍典型个案是教师专业发展的有效途径。实际上分析学生学情、提出教学建议是帮助教师了解学生,明确教学的起点,确立以学生为主体的教学目标,顺利实施课堂教学的重要保证。而典型个案的介绍则是给教师提供重要的参考或者给教师创设沙龙式研究的情境。现以“布置有效数学作业”为例,谈谈我们开展研讨活动的具体做法。
After many years of exploration, we found that in carrying out junior high school mathematics seminars, analyzing student’s learning conditions, putting forward teaching suggestions and introducing typical cases are effective ways of teacher’s professional development from the perspective of students. In fact, analysis of student learning, teaching suggestions is to help teachers understand the students, a clear starting point for teaching to establish a student-centered teaching objectives, an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of classroom teaching. The introduction of typical cases is to provide teachers with an important reference or create a salon for teachers to study the situation.
