小平同志提出教育要“三个面向”,促进了教育体制一系列改革。无疑,小学数学教学也要改革。我们的科任教师时时想改革,也年年在改革。总的说来,对这门课程的改革,从微观考虑得多,从宏观考虑得少。我们的认识往往落后于小学数学教学改革发展的形势,教研活动所应具有的指导性、研究性和实践性,也没有不断更新和充分发挥。现在,我们有了“三个面向”作为教学改革的指导方针,就能站在高处而视野开阔,方向明确而思想解放。怎样根据“三个面向”的要求,改革小学数学教学呢?我就这个问题谈三点不成熟的意见。一、在教学思想上,着眼于现代化,要重视在基础知识教学过程中,培养数学思考能力。我在认识上联系个人的体会讲三个问题。第一、为什么要把技能性教育转变为思考性教育? 我们知道,提高学科教学质量的关键在于转变这一学科的教学思想。传统的教学思想表现为知识型、
Comrade Xiaoping proposed that education should be “three-oriented” and promoted a series of reforms in the education system. Undoubtedly, elementary mathematics teaching also needs reform. Our chief teachers always want to reform, but also in the reform year after year. In general, the reform of this course is much more microcosmic and less macroscopically. Our understanding often lags behind the reform and development of mathematics teaching in primary schools. The guiding, researching and practical aspects that teaching and research activities should have are neither continuously updated nor fully developed. How to reform the elementary mathematics teaching according to the requirements of the “three directions”? I will talk about three premature opinions on this issue. I know three personal problems related to understanding. First, why should we turn the technical education into thinking education?
