在训练中血清酶的活性会出现一定的变化,而这些变化可以反映训练的一些情况,如训练强度和训练量的大小、身体的适应情况、组织的损伤和修复状况等。本文通过对舞蹈训练中肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶这四种血清酶活性的测定,了解舞蹈训练中血清酶活性的变化,分析舞蹈训练对血清酶活性的影响,并探讨应用血清酶指标进行舞蹈者身体机能评定的可能性。此研究旨在为舞蹈训练提供科学理论依据。
