在北京舞蹈学院的大力支持与鼓励下,由赴美访问学者杨越、史晶歆、东妮尔组成了“美国舞蹈节”考察小组,在美国各大学放假期间对美国舞蹈节进行学习和考察。此次受邀参加的项目是美国舞蹈节的国际编舞班(American Dance Festival-International Choreographer Residency,通常简称ADF-ICR),以此进行课程学习、演出观摩、作品编创、大师课教学等多方面的交流,同时也对美国舞蹈节的管理模式、演出计划的操作方式和培训结构的水平状况等方面进行全方位的考察,特别是在舞蹈专业方向设置和专家教师资源的搭建上进行学习。整个项目从2011年6月8日至7月23日,在为期7周的时间内,通过亲身经历美国舞蹈节的全过程,全面详实地进行实地考察,这将为今后北京舞蹈学院举办国际舞蹈艺术活动提供重要的资讯和可借鉴的管理操作方式,是具有重要价值和意义的。
