有机合成工技能竞赛现场应达到乙级防火防爆要求,赛前制定针对竞赛中突发事件的紧急处理预案并进行校内多个部门的联动演练,确保竞赛现场人员和财产的安全;坚持以“任务引领、项目驱动”教学法对参赛学生进行赛前培训,培训内容紧紧围绕竞赛现场考核项目的应知、应会展开,达到教、学、考、做的良性互动来提高参赛学生的专业技能水平;竞赛的理论考核内容应有助于现场考核项目中实际问题的解决;有机合成工技能竞赛应与化学检验工技能竞赛合并,促进化工工艺专业和化学分析专业共同发展。
