在新课改背景下,减轻中小学生课业负担并不是老生常谈的话题,每位有责任心的教师在三尺讲台上时时刻刻探索着践行着.笔者从教几年的感悟:作为一个现时代的年轻物理教师,减负首先从备课开始;备课得法有效,是减轻学生学业负担的行之有效的途径.怎么才能做到这一点呢?年轻物理教师减轻学生课业负担往往事倍功半,甚至失败的原因在于备课,而备课失策的主要原因在于缺乏实际教学经验,疏忽、不清楚学生的疑难所在及对策.如何克服这一通病呢?
