教育学认为,学生学习素养包含了学习新知、解答问题、思考分析等方面的能力水平,它是学生数学学习能力的综合体现.加之新课程改革的深入推进,学生学习素养的培养,已成为教师有效教学活动的重要目标和任务,也成为衡量和考评教师教学技能和教学效能的重要因素之一.这就对初中数学教师提出了明确的教学目标和任务.本人现结合教学实践体会,简要论述新课改下培养初中生数学学习素养的方法和举措,请同仁予以指正.
