红松是我国东北乡土树种之一,又是我国重要经济树种,在我省森林更新中占有重要地位。为了保证足够的种源,应在种子丰收之年,积极组织采收种子,有计划的进行贮藏。对红松种子的贮藏问题,我们于1963年开始了红松种子贮藏试验,经过长期观察,初步获得下面的结果: 一、试验内容红松种子在同一温度条件下,不同含水量对种子生活力的影响;同一含水量在不同温度条件下对种子生活力的影响。二、试验条件试验从1963年开始,1971年又补充了高温试验。种子采自安图县。试验时,将种子装入密封铁桶中,分别放在地下和地上库中。除中断过三年外,每年定期观察一次。三、初步试验结果 1.地下库低温贮藏
