目的:为了研究去神经带血管肌肉移植后的肌肉再生过程和再生机制。方法:以大耳白兔为实验研究对象,经过对移植肌不同时期的组织学、组织化学、电子显微镜和肌电图观察,可以得出如下结论:①去神经带血管肌肉移植后可以通过连续再生与不连续再生两种机制获得再生。③移植肌的点片状坏死以术后14天明显,术后30天再生达到高潮,术后90天肌电图可以记录到明确的运动电位。③术后90天与180天肌肉的纤维排列方式以型组为主,而不是正常的镶嵌型。④去神经带血管肌肉移植后90天移植肌获得了新的功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the muscle regeneration process and regeneration mechanism after denervation of vascular grafts. Methods: The experimental study of large white rabbits, after different stages of the transplanted muscle histology, histochemistry, electron microscopy and EMG, the following conclusions can be drawn: ① demyelination after vascular muscle transplantation can be continuous Regeneration and discontinuous regeneration of two mechanisms for regeneration. Transplantation of muscle necrosis point to 14 days after surgery, 30 days after the regeneration reached its climax, electromyography 90 days after surgery can be recorded to a clear motor potential. ③ 90 days and 180 days after the muscle fibers arranged in the main group type, rather than the normal mosaic type. ④ denervated muscle grafts 90 days after transplantation muscle gain new functions.
