集成电路电压调整器的使用正在与日俱增。LM100就是最初的一种,已被广泛应用。设计时考虑多用性,这种电路可作为线性调整器,开关调整器,并联调整器,或甚至作为电流调整器。输出电压可以用一对外加电阻调节在2V~30V,集成电路的工作,其未被调整的输入电压可以达到7伏。集成电路扦件的损耗范围限制了输出电流,小于20ma,但是若外加外部晶体管,就能得到超过5A的电流。参考文献叙述了集成电路的广泛应用。 但少数用户提出LM100在某些应用中不能满意地进行调整。而且用LM100也很难做到在最坏情况下得到满意的负载调整。因而促使我们研制一种新型的集成电路调整器LM105,除了为改善调整之目的而附加特殊的增益级外,LM105和LM100相似。在大多数应用中,用LM105代替了LM100。

Designed for versatility, this circuit can be used as a linear regulator, switching regulator, shunt regulator, or even as a current regulator. Output voltage can be adjusted with a pair of external resistors in the 2V ~ 30V, IC work, the unadjusted input voltage can reach 7 volts.
