国内外文献报道,恶性组织细胞病(简称恶组)的发病率有逐年增高的趋势。国内从1959年郁氏(1)首次报道以后,迄今已超过700例。本病以发热起病,临床表现复杂多变,常误诊为其它发热性疾病。现将1974年1月～1981年5月在我院内科住院的22例恶组病人误诊原因分许如下: 资料来源和诊断依据 1974年1月～1981年5月,我院内科共收治26例恶组病人,其中资料完整22例。所有病
